South Australia Police is undertaking an exciting program oforganisational reform projects under the People, Operations andTechnology portfolios.
People, Culture and Wellbeing Service are now seeking twoexperienced project leads to join a newly created AccelerateRecruitment & Retention Program Office (PO) which is taskedwith delivering a range of exciting projects resulting from anumber of high profile initiatives recently endorsed by StateGovernment.
As Project Lead, you will be part of a small program office andprovided the responsibility for managing a portfolio of projects,driving deliverables through the provision of expertise in planningand optimising the project portfolio to deliver key businessoutcomes.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in collaborationwith a range of internal and external senior and executivestakeholders, and who is also excited by the opportunity to be partof a program of work which will have a demonstrable impact on thedelivery of support to our frontline members and in turn benefitthe South Australian community.
The role will also be responsible for undertaking portfolio-wideevaluation of projects and programs, and providing options andrecommendations to the Director, Accelerate Recruitment andRetention, PCW Executives and SAPOL project boards to minimise riskand maximise sustainable outcomes from projects.

1. The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
2. The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
3. Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
4. The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Requirements
5. Extensive experience sourcing and coordinating resources across a portfolio of complex projects.
6. Extensive experience in planning a portfolio of projects including dependency, resource and change management.
7. Highly developed negotiation, stakeholder management, engagement and relationships skills, including the ability to work in partnership with project managers and influence executives.
Salary ASO7 - $106,512 -$115,137 per annum.
