Job Title: Trainee Parts Interpreter
We are seeking a full-time Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our client's team in the automotive industry at Albury/Wodonga.
This customer service based role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Liaising with internal and external clients
* Preparing orders
* Conducting stock control
* Responding to telephone inquiries and orders
To be suitable for this role, candidates should have previous knowledge in the automotive industry, computer literacy, and an enthusiastic attitude.
A current Australian driver's license is necessary for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with Internal and External Clients: Develop effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and transaction processing.
2. Prepare Orders: Accurately process customer orders, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely fulfillment.
3. Conduct Stock Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
4. Respond to Telephone Inquiries and Orders: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
