About the Opportunity
As a Quality and Clinical Education Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in delivering education programs, clinical coaching, and quality improvement initiatives that support safe, high-quality care.
You will:
* Develop and deliver evidence-based education programs aligned with organisational priorities
* Provide clinical coaching and mentorship to frontline staff and leaders
* Translate audit findings into targeted education and practice improvement actions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify current and future learning needs
* Promote best practice within a legal, ethical, and quality framework

About You
You're a trusted clinical resource and an inspiring educator who creates a positive learning environment. You combine strong clinical knowledge with a passion for developing others and improving care outcomes.
Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence ensures you can build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams. You're proactive, innovative, and committed to embedding best practice and compliance in everything you do.
Essential Criteria
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
* Experience in home care or aged care
* National Police Check
* Australian Driver's Licence
Desirable
* Post-Graduate Certificate in Education
* Experience supporting audits and/or commission reviews
