You'll be the right hand to the Project Manager — solving problems, moving pieces, and helping keep the show on the road across planning, procurement, delivery, and reporting.Why this role stands out:Solid 19:9 FIFO roster with a supportive site team and room to growA business that values initiative, straight-talking, and technical strengthLong pipeline of work and chance to step into leadership over timeWhat you'll be doing:Building and maintaining construction schedules (MSP) and tracking progressReviewing IFC drawings and spotting issues before they hit siteManaging scopes, resolving technical challenges, and coordinating stakeholdersLeading forecasting, reporting, subcontractor procurement and deliveryTaking ownership of safety, quality and cost outcomes across assigned packagesWhat we're looking for:5+ years' experience in infrastructure, oil & gas, or civil deliveryDegree-qualified in Engineering (Mech or Elec preferred) or equivalent experienceExperience working on pipelines, HDPE, or upstream gas projects (ideal but not essential)Strong communicator who's calm under pressure and confident working with site teamsA hands-on problem solver who's ready to take that next stepThis is a great opportunity to take ownership of your role and grow within a high-performing project team.
