The role
Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of all orders to keep the sales process efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on customer queries and communicate any delivery delays to BDMs and customers.
- Maintain a register for order and delivery issues, ensuring proper processing.
- Liaise with customers to gather necessary information for setting up new accounts promptly.
- Conduct yearly account verifications to ensure accuracy of account details.
- Ensure accurate entry of orders in both CRM and ERP systems, verifying quantities and pricing.
- Monitor daily order dispatch, coordinating with logistics, warehouses, and couriers for timely delivery.
- Provide assistance and support to customers using the online ordering system when required.
- Collaborate with customers and BDMs for credit and return processes.
- Ensure returned orders are in sellable conditions and coordinate with 3PL warehouses for timely product return evaluation forms.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a customer‐facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical information and convey it effectively to customers.
