The Role – Office Administrator
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Quik Corp, ensuring our workplace is welcoming, efficient and well-organised. You'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and helping our team thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and manage reception duties
* Answer, direct and manage phone enquiries
* Maintain general office organisation and supply stock
* Support with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and correspondence
* Assist staff with basic computer support and help coordinate with IT where needed
* Help improve office systems and keep daily operations running efficiently
Skills & Attributes We're After
* Strong communication and customer-service skills
* Well-organised and proactive with great attention to detail
* Confident with computers and Microsoft Office (additional IT skills a plus)
* A positive team-oriented attitude
* Previous admin or reception experience preferred
