This role involves designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs to meet our organisation's needs and enhance professional growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Training Design: Develop engaging and accessible training materials that align with our mission and values.
* Induction Programs: Facilitate comprehensive induction programs for our staff members.
* Ongoing Training: Conduct in-person sessions on key topics for all staff across the organisation.
* Leadership Development: Deliver effective leadership training for employees at various management levels.
