The Company:
Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Accessory & Wearable Division based at the Sydney Olympic Park HQ. The primary function of the role is to create and implement growth initiatives across Wearables, Audio and Accessories to achieve market share, revenue and sell-out targets. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation
1. Identify and execute growth strategies that address opportunities and pain points
2. Integrating and working closely with all teams identifying key opportunities and maximising operational efficiency
3. Plan and work with sales on promotions, offerings and propositions
4. Working closely with all internal execution teams to ensure all touchpoints in market are driving an optical outcome and clear consumer messaging
2. Cross Functional Collaboration
5. Collaborate on key account management plans to achieve business objectives
6. Engage with teams across Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Retail and Finance
7. Support HQ and RHQ with reporting requirements
8. Support all teams with a clear direction based on competitor and consumer insights
9. Take ownership of all consumer touchpoints in market that relate to the product and provide regular feedback around improvements to ensure optimal outcomes for the business during lifecycle of product.
3. Category Management
10. Strategic planning leveraging consumer insights, market trends and channel relationships
11. Drive our local product GTM approach by setting priorities and targets
12. Work to achieve business goals such as revenue, profit and market share
13. Regular auditing of all consumer touchpoints in market to ensure messaging is aligned and optimised
About YOU:
14. Bring over 3 years of experience in Product/Category Management, Business Development, sales or similar roles
15. Have a proven track record of using a growth mindset to meet and exceed targets
16. Thrive in a fast paced environment and be flexible enough to adapt to different priorities
17. Use your analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations that drive outcomes
18. Possess exceptional PowerPoint, Excel and storytelling skills
19. Be comfortable managing internal stakeholders and collaborating with all teams within the business to drive to aligned outcomes
