HR Role
We are seeking a motivated HR professional to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia.
The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Manager and be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data and documents. They will also coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and inductions, teach policy, and support performance development and management.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate HR data and records.
* Coordinate the recruitment process from initial advertisement to final selection.
* Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
