About This Opportunity
You'll work with clients to address non-vocational challenges impacting their employment capability. As a Life Skills Coordinator, you'll create relationships with your caseload, assess clients for barriers to employment, develop tailored support plans and coordinate referrals.
Key Responsibilities
* Support clients with non-vocational barriers to employment
* Deliver counseling services where necessary
* Collaborate with clients to develop customized support plans
* Regularly review progress and determine further action required
* Work in partnership with Employment Services staff to drive employment outcomes
* Navigate relationships with key stakeholders
This role involves some travel and can incorporate telehealth services between periods of travel. A company vehicle will be provided for business use.
