For the first time, we are introducing a dedicated sales role.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape how sales are done within the business and build a pipeline from the ground up, backed by an established brand and proven operational capability.
The Role
This position is primarily focused on new business development, supported by inbound enquiries and a small portfolio of existing customers.
You will take ownership of generating opportunities, winning new customers, and establishing sales discipline, while contributing to how the function evolves.
Salary Range
$95,000 – $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities
* Target construction, trade, and commercial sectors across Melbourne
* Build and manage your own pipeline from scratchConvert inbound enquiries with speed and consistency
* Maintain and grow a small portfolio of existing customers
* Identify upsell opportunities across services and bin solutions
* Work closely with operations to ensure strong service delivery

* Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited structure
* Strong conversion focus with high urgency and follow-through
* Ability to balance hunting with light account management
