The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of global financial consolidation and reporting.
You will coordinate month-end and quarter-end processes across multiple regions, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality submissions to Group Head Office. Success in this position requires more than technical accounting capability - it demands strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to influence outcomes across time zones.
You'll act as a trusted partner to regional finance teams, uplifting capability and driving consistency in accounting policy application across the group.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Close, Consolidation & Reporting
* Coordinate global month-end and quarter-end close processes
* Review submissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
* Assist in consolidating regional results for Group reporting
Process Improvement & Standardisation
* Develop and enhance reporting templates, workflows, and tools
* Drive consistency and standardisation across regions
* Improve efficiency and reporting accuracy at scale
Technical Advisory & Policy Compliance
* Provide guidance on accounting treatments and group policies
* Ensure consistent application of IFRS and internal reporting standards
Audit, Controls & Quality Assurance
* Support internal and external audit processes
* Identify trends, anomalies, and risks within consolidated results
* Communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders
Strategic & Cross-Functional Projects
* Contribute to system implementations and process re-engineering
* Support acquisition integrations
* Assist with broader finance transformation initiatives

Experience & Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or audit
* Audit background highly regarded
* CA/CPA completed or in progress
