Student Wellbeing Officer Role
We are seeking a Student Wellbeing Officer to support students and families within our school community.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve optimal outcomes for all involved parties.
* Provide individualised and group support to students facing challenges around social/emotional wellbeing and mental health.
* Work closely with educational staff, management, parents, and external service providers to ensure student success.
We require an experienced and skilled Student Wellbeing Officer who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to establish strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
