We're looking for a Marketing Administration Assistant to join our team and play a key support role across administration, marketing coordination, customer service, and events.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll provide essential administrative and marketing support while working closely with the Director and Store Manager to coordinate advertising, promotions, events, and customer after-sales service.

You'll be someone who enjoys juggling priorities, keeping things organised, and supporting others to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general administration and secretarial support
* Coordinate advertising schedules, bookings, and budgets
* Assist with digital promotions, social media, and website updates
* Support the preparation of marketing materials and promotions
* Assist with event planning, promotions, and in-store campaigns
* Manage customer after-sales enquiries and complaints professionally
* Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams
* Support staff meetings, reporting, and internal communications

About You

You're proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple tasks. You take pride in delivering great service and keeping things running smoothly.

Requirements

* 2–3 years administrative experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
* Retail or furniture industry experience
* Marketing or advertising coordination experience
