The Team
This is a highly respected Employment & Safety practice advising employers across the full employment lifecycle. The work is broad and practical - helping organisations manage workplace risk, navigate complex people issues, and respond confidently when disputes arise.
The Opportunity
The team is expanding and looking for a 3–4 year PAE lawyer who wants a genuine mix of advisory and contentious work. You'll support a diverse client base across both private and public sectors, working closely with senior practitioners on matters that are often sensitive, fast-moving and high-impact.
About You
* 3–4 years' PAE in employment law
* Comfortable with both front-end advice/document work and back-end litigation
* Strong drafting and communication skills, and a practical, outcomes-focused style
* Able to juggle priorities, work autonomously when needed, and thrive in a team environment
