* Deliver all spa services and support the day-to-day operations of the spa
* Provide a high standard of service delivery and presentation
* Maintain working spaces clean and presentable to a 5-star standard
* Adhere to all relevant spa health and safety guidelines
* Offer exceptional guest experience
* Minimise product waste
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* One of the following qualifications:
* Ability to understand and speak te reo Maori
* Willingness to learn and embrace tikanga and Te Ao Maori
