Role & Responsibilities
* Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
* Pre Construction responsibilities, estimation, tendering, permits, bid coordination
* Bit of an all round pre construction, contract administrator role
* Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
* Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
* Tracking of project expenditure against budget
* Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
Your Background
* Must have 3+ years experience with a commercial builder
* Main Contractor experience is a must (ideally with a Tier 1, 2 or larger 3 builder)
* Looking to have someone that can wear a lot of hats and can work across different areas of the business
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
* Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
