About the Role This is a senior leadership position responsible for the day-to-day performance, culture and growth of the sales team and office. You will be the driving force behind structure, accountability and results.
You will:
* Lead, mentor and manage a large, high-volume sales team
* Drive listing, prospecting and sales performance
* Implement systems, processes and KPIs to maximise results
* Work closely with directors to execute business strategy
* Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running
* Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent

* Proven real estate management experience (Sales Manager, Office Manager or similar)
* A strong background in residential sales
* Confident leader who knows how to motivate, coach and drive performance
* Commercially minded with the ability to grow market share
