Project Manager - Commercial & Industrial Fencing

Our client is a well-established and respected commercial fencing business based in Brisbane.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and capable Project Manager to join their team.
In this hands-on role, you will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder relationships.
You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams, and internal colleagues to keep projects moving smoothly and safely.
About You
Bring strong communication and relationship-building skills—both with clients and internal stakeholders.
Have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Feel confident managing the full scope of a project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
Can interpret construction drawings, specifications, and mark-ups.
Have a good understanding of project financials (budgets, P&L, labour costs, variations and supply costs).
Have proven experience in project management within construction, commercial fencing, landscaping or a similar industry.
Are solutions-focused, practical, and proactive in your approach.
About the Role
Manage and deliver commercial fencing projects from start to finish.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and a positive company reputation.
Coordinate the delivery of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and labour.
Ensure compliance with project scope, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Work collaboratively across teams to ensure consistency and smooth operations.
Fencing experience is not essential — we are seeking someone with strong construction knowledge, good judgement, and the ability to learn.
Skills & Systems
Intermediate MS Excel and MS Outlook skills are required.
Strong documentation, reporting and communication capabilities.
