About the Role
We're looking for aDigital Marketing Coordinatorto bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking and a passion for results to our marketing team. With 10 diverse hotel brands under your wing, this role offers the perfect blend of creativity and strategy—where no two days are the same.
From social media content creation and paid advertising to website management, email marketing and campaign execution, you'll be at the forefront of driving engagement, brand growth and ROI. You'll also be responsible for shaping the narrative of our food & beverage, accommodation, functions, events and retail operations by bringing these experiences to life across digital platforms.
We're looking for someone creative, organised and commercially minded—a strong communicator with a solid understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and digital trends. You should be comfortable juggling multiple projects, thinking outside the box and delivering work that doesn't just look great but drives real results. Ideally, you'll have experience with Customer Experience Management (CXM) or, at the very least, a strong understanding of how to create personalised experiences, enhance customer engagement and build lasting brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute engaging B2C content across multiple channels, including social media, CRM, media, print, signage and websites
* Plan, brief and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn to drive engagement and conversions
* Oversee and implement digital marketing strategies for 10 award‑winning hotel brands, ensuring each brand maintains a distinct personality and tone of voice
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the hospitality industry
* Provide detailed performance reports, utilising Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Google Ads and other data tools to track KPIs and measure the success of campaigns, social media advertising and website traffic
* Direct photoshoots for seasonal menu launches, events and general venue advertising, ensuring a strong creative brief
* Assist in the planning and execution of venue‑specific marketing initiatives and organic events during scheduled marketing meetings
* Act as the go‑to digital marketing expert within the team, offering guidance and support to two graphic designers and a Social Media Coordinator
* Manage and maintain hotel websites including general maintenance, SEO and landing page optimisation
* Support the Marketing Manager with the daily and weekly administration of the marketing department
Who We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role (hospitality marketing preferred but not essential)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience managing social media accounts and producing high‑quality photo and video content
* Hands‑on experience with paid advertising across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Experience in Content Management Systems – WordPress or similar
* Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable but not compulsory
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast‑paced team
* Experience with segmented email marketing and automation tools
* Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired
