Our client is currently streamlining its digital landscape. Specifically, they are implementing a new platform and migrating from three legacy systems onto one.
Your initial focus will be internal: managing the \"people side\" of this migration across the business. As the program evolves, you will have the opportunity to expand your scope to external-facing change initiatives, depending on where your strengths and the business needs align best.
Key Responsibilities
* True Change Analysis: Conduct deep \"From/To\" impact assessments. You won't just look at UI changes; you'll analyse how workflows, habits, and daily pressures shift for the end-user.
* Psychological Advocacy: Apply change management methodologies to manage the emotional cycle of change, addressing resistance and building buy-in through empathy and transparency.
* Strategic Communication: Design and execute a communication plan that cuts through the noise, ensuring stakeholders at all levels feel informed and heard.
* Training & Enablement: Partner with technical teams to translate complex software updates into digestible training materials and sessions that actually resonate with underwriters.
* Stakeholder Management: Navigate a dual-landscape of internal teams and external customers, ensuring a seamless transition that protects our service delivery.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate with have:
* Direct experience in Loans/Underwriting: You understand the high-stakes environment of credit decisions; this is the ideal requirement.
* Financial Services Background: You are comfortable with the regulatory and operational pace of the industry.
* Enterprise-Level Experience: You have worked within large, complex organizations and understand how to navigate \"big company\" dynamics. We are looking for an established practitioner rather than a Senior/Lead Manager. We want someone who enjoys the \"doing\"—being on the ground, conducting the analysis, and talking to the users.
