Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Work closely with the Concession Manager to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their best results.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role.
* Proven track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
