The Boarding House Supervisor role is a unique opportunity to work with adolescents in a residential setting, providing pastoral care and support to ensure their wellbeing and safety.
Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment that reflects the school's values, and responding to student needs promptly and appropriately.
In this role, you will be working closely with a team led by the Head of Boarding, carrying out duties and responsibilities in a spirit of co-operation and mutual support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pastoral care and support to boarders
* Supervise daily routines, including meals, study times, and recreational activities
* Maintain a positive and inclusive environment
* Respond to student needs promptly and appropriately
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience working with adolescents in a residential or educational setting
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Understanding of child protection and duty of care principles
* Ability to work flexible hours
