Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of high-profile corporate insolvency matters, with appropriate support from team members, Prepare creditor reports, statutory reports, independent business reviews, and conduct detailed financial analysis, Assist in the trading of businesses, including preparing cash flow forecasts, calculating employee entitlements, and managing supplier and customer accounts, Support complex investigations, such as tracing the source and application of funds, conducting forensic reviews, analysing voidable transactions, and assessing insolvent trading, Contribute to team development and actively participate in business development initiatives. Key Skills: A university degree in a related field such as Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, and/or a relevant professional qualification, CA or CPA qualified, Advanced ARITA certification is highly regarded, Strong understanding of the Australian insolvency framework, ideally with experience in due diligence and investigative business reviews, Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical skills, Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines, Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and build effective relationships.
