Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly responding to requests, messages, and concerns.
* Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including accurate check‐in/check‐out, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties in line with hotel procedures.
* Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms, special requests, and guest expectations are fully met.
* Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to confidently assist guests and maximise service quality.
* Uphold hotel policies, WH&S standards, training requirements, and equipment care while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
What You'll Bring
* 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
* Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in front office operations including check‐in/out and handling guest accounts.
* Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel.
* The ability to deal with multiple requests at once and maintain a high level of service.
* Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.
