Air Side Equipment Sales Support Engineer

Job Summary: Developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention by developing HVAC air side system related solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed proposals and estimates for air side equipment, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and project requirements.
* Prepare project transition documents, ensuring all necessary information is communicated for seamless hand‑off to the operations team.
* Update and maintain the CRM system.
* Assist sales team during pre‑sales activities, including client meetings, site surveys and technical discussions.
* Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Provide post‑sales technical support, troubleshooting and follow‑up.
* Attend job site visits, which may require working outdoors or in mechanical/equipment rooms and exposure to variable weather conditions, moving parts, heights, and other environmental factors.
* Participate in training sessions, which may include travel to international factories or training centres.
* Remain up‑to‑date with product offerings, technical developments, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four‑year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Trilingual proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills as communication with Trane Chinese factory is required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
