Team Jacob Charitable Enterprises Ltd, founded in September 2022, is committed to supporting organizations that advance education, employment, health, and well-being for families navigating the challenges of autism. Inspired by the transformative impact of the AEIOU Foundation on Jacob, a child with Autism, Team Jacob was initially formed to raise funds for AEIOU's programs. Over the past decade, Team Jacob has expanded to fundraise for other like-minded organizations, hosting events such as the Team Jacob Champions Challenge and the Team Jacob Comedy Night. Based in Brisbane, QLD, we are dedicated to making a difference for children and families in need.
Role Description
This is a casual volunteer, remote friendly Brisbane focused role. The Social Media Lead will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will assist in managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with our fundraising team to ensure content alignment. The role will also involve support in identifying trends, fostering community engagement, and contributing to broader digital marketing strategies that support Team Jacob initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in Social Media Marketing a with knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Good Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and creative social media content
* Skilled in Content Strategy, including planning, curating, and maintaining consistent branding across channels
* Familiarity in analyzing social media performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements
* Experience in non-profit fundraising or community engagement is highly desirable
* Familiarity with tools for social media management and analytics
* A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment
