A sought-after opportunity exists for a skilled HR professional to lead the delivery of human resources and workplace health and safety functions across multiple sites.
About the Role:
* HRM Coordinator based in Rockhampton, QLD
* Leads the coordination of HR and WHS functions, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, compliance, training coordination, committee participation, incident investigation, audit support and maintaining internal systems.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles and practices, with the ability to coordinate and implement initiatives that promote a safe working environment. They will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR or WHS coordination role.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all relevant legislation is complied with, identifying and implementing process improvements, and maintaining accurate records.
