About the Opportunity
As a Program Coordinator within SDPR, Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, you'll provide vital project coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to improving connected, safe care for every person in NSW.
In this role, you will:
* Coordinate and support the delivery of complex ICT/digital projects within the SDPR program.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue registers to ensure governance compliance.
* Prepare reports and briefs for monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making purposes.
* Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate working groups to achieve project milestones.
* Assist in prioritising competing demands across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
About You
* You have experience providing high-level coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects in large organisations.
* You are highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* You bring strong knowledge of project management processes, including maintaining schedules, risk and issue registers.
* You excel at stakeholder communication and building collaborative relationships across multiple workstreams.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes with a customer-focused approach.
