* We're seeking a Travel Consultant to advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US.

Your Key Responsibilities
">
* Advise on travel options, anticipate traveler needs, and proactively sell additional services.
* Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations.
* Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
* Provide positive telephone service, act on special customer requests, and prevent fraudulent bookings.
* Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels.

What We're Looking For
">
* Passion for delivering excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs.
* Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus).
* At least 3 years of corporate travel experience, including fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail travel.
* Experience handling VIP Corporate Travel is required.
* Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to protecting personal traveler information.
* Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers.
* Partnership and willingness to provide feedback.
