About the Role
* Provide high-quality inpatient, outpatient, and peri-operative orthopaedic care
* Contribute to fracture clinics, major joint replacements, and upper/lower limb procedures
* Participate in clinical governance, audits, and Morbidity & Mortality meetings
* Engage in education and training of junior medical staff and interns
* Collaborate with Deakin Rural Clinical School and the Research Unit on innovative projects
What You'll Need
* Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS)
* Current AHPRA Specialist Registration in Orthopaedic Surgery
* Demonstrated clinical leadership and mentoring experience
* Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and teamwork
