As a Health Support Advisor, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, operational leaders, medical professionals, and other key stakeholders to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of low-risk claims, including assessing liability and determining entitlements in line with legislative requirements.
* Provide proactive and personalized support to injured team members, guiding them through their recovery and return-to-work journey with empathy and professionalism.
* Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, including legal representatives, medical professionals, and unions, to ensure high-quality, sustainable recovery outcomes.
* Participate in case conferencing and milestone reviews to shape claim strategies and contribute to decision-making that reduces disputes and accelerates outcomes.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance claims processes, improve health outcomes, and align practices with organizational goals.
