THE POSITION Prepare high-quality, fresh food using premium produce Deliver cold buffet service and made-to-order food preparation Currently serving 50 covers per day, with expected growth as the lounge expands Low-stress work environment with a supportive team culture Ensure OH&S compliance and follow all food safety procedures Monitor stock levels, control costs, and minimise wastage Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control Rotating shifts between 4:00 AM and 1:30 PM THE PERSON Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in Production, Buffet and a la carte service preferred. Passion for quality, presentation, and delivering exceptional service Strong knowledge of food safety standards A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern A hands-on, team player who thrives in a collaborative setting ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain.
