Yeti Civil Product is a leading manufacturer of stainless steel drainage solutions for stormwater applications. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled TIG/MIG Welder to join our team. What You'll Do:
TIG & MIG welding of stainless steel components
Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy
Selecting and operating welding equipment based on project requirements
Operating angle grinders and other tools to prepare parts for welding
Testing and inspecting welded surfaces to ensure high-quality standards
Working independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Learn or develop your skills in laser cutting and CNC press brake on the job
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Welder (stainless steel experience preferred)
* Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding, welding with us will be 95% TIG
* Experience in using electrical and manual tools for fabrication and finishing
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify welding defects
* Knowledge of different metals and their properties
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
* Understanding of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face shield, gloves, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
