We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of a residential lifestyle development in Bairnsdale.
You’ll be responsible for delivering both residential & commercial elements of this landmark project which includes 200+ units & a $5 million clubhouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day site operations from start to completion
* Drive construction programme and coordinate trades effectively
* Maintain strong OH&S standards, site compliance, and documentation
* Deliver high‑quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications
* Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and customers
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential or commercial construction
* Strong knowledge of OH&S, NCC, and local building standards
* Ability to manage multiple trades and meet programme deadlines
* High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes
* Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
