This is a leadership role focused on governance, quality, and improvement – not operational line management.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing and developing systems, policies, and procedures to support excellence in clinical careInterpreting and embedding legislative and regulatory requirementsLeading organisation-wide responses to audit outcomes, adverse events, and investigationsTranslating clinical evidence and innovation into everyday care deliverySupporting service-level clinical leadership with coaching, tools, and educationContributing to quality and risk mitigation strategies that are consistent with our mission and valuesYou’ll join a cohesive and collaborative team that values mutual respect and strong collegial relationships. We’re looking for someone who not only brings clinical insight, but also contributes positively to our team culture, fostering partnership and shared purpose in everything they do.What you can bring to the teamYou’re a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of clinical governance and risk.
