This is a leadership role focused on governance, quality, and improvement – not operational line management.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing and developing systems, policies, and procedures to support excellence in clinical careInterpreting and embedding legislative and regulatory requirementsLeading organisation-wide responses to audit outcomes, adverse events, and investigationsTranslating clinical evidence and innovation into everyday care deliverySupporting service-level clinical leadership with coaching, tools, and educationContributing to quality and risk mitigation strategies that are consistent with our mission and valuesYou’ll join a cohesive and collaborative team that values mutual respect and strong collegial relationships.
