Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney’s western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.
Are you passionate about data quality, clinical documentation, and improving the way healthcare activity is captured and reported? We are seeking a motivated Clinical Coding and SNAP Data Quality Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will conduct clinical documentation reviews, perform coding and SNAP audits and deliver education to both clinicians and clinical coders to support best-practice standards in clinical documentation. As a team player and collaborator, you will play a key role in ensuring coded data accurately reflects casemix complexity and clinical activity. Your work will help optimise activity-based funding, strengthen data integrity, and support informed decision-making across the hospital.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Apply now to contribute to meaningful improvements in clinical documentation, coding accuracy, and healthcare data quality at Nepean Hospital!
