Administration Officer Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Officer to join our team. As an essential member of our team, you will provide critical support to the Cement Sales department, manage administrative workflows, and interact with various stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, receipts, contracts, and supply orders.
* Daily liaison with internal stakeholders to facilitate order delivery, invoice payment, and inventory management.
* Verifying and implementing pricing, discount, rebate, and payment arrangements in Oracle.
* Tracking, updating, and maintaining master data in systems (Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ, Weighbridge, and Gtick).
* Reconciling invoices and transactions.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
* Collaborating with collectors and accounts payable to facilitate collections and invoice payments.
* Assisting in resolving customer disputes, order discrepancies, and product returns.
* Working with the logistics team to monitor order fulfillment and stock availability.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Demonstrated administration experience in a manufacturing, logistics, and sales environment;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software;
Strong analytical skills.
