We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager to support our New Vehicle Sales Manager in leading a successful sales team at Midland City Kia! To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your customers to establish and maintain positive customer relationships, whilst continuing to grow our customer base. Your strong sales and leadership skills will enable us to provide our customers the most positive buying experience possible to ensure that they make the best decision matched to their needs. The Role: Assist the New Vehicle Sales Manager in day-to-day operations of the sales department. Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and performance goals. Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service and maintains a high level of product knowledge. Assist in managing inventory and coordinating vehicle deliveries. Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory management. Participate in sales training and development programs for the sales team. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in closing sales deals. Uphold dealership standards and policies while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
