Full-Time Chef – Horsham VIC (Regional)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Chef to join a busy regional hotel kitchen in Horsham, Victoria.
Duties include: preparing and cooking menu items, assisting with menu planning and food costing, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, stock control and ordering, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. The role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Requirements: relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef, strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, food safety and OHS compliance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and teamwork are essential.
Salary: $77,000 – $80,000 + super
