Central Coast Leagues Club (CCLC) is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team. This position will report to Kitchen Managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes
* Monitoring and maintaining the highest food quality
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
* Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation and timely service
What we're looking for
* Cookery qualification (Cert III or Cert IV)
* Good availability across business hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
* A passion for creating delicious, high‑quality food
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary Range: 68k‑78k depending on experience.
