Join a respected real estate agency as their go-to Business Accountant. Manage general and trust accounts across multiple entities in a standalone role, working closely with a seasoned team in a mature and professional office. Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general accounts in Xero
- Payroll and commissions
- Oversee trust accounts via PropertyMe
- Handle sales accounting in Box & Dice
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reports
- Liaise with directors for financial support and budgeting
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA highly regarded)
- Local to the office – inner north eastern suburbs Melbourne
- Experience in real estate accounting
- Proficient in Xero, PropertyMe & Box & Dice
