The Role
The successful applicant will ideally be able to teach Design and Technology (Materials and Technology) with the flexibility to contribute across other subject areas. The ideal applicant will have sound interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work cooperatively in a Technologies Learning Area team. Sound classroom management, the ability to develop rapport and motivate students, differentiating curriculum to cater for individual student needs, and practising a range of teaching strategies are strong focus areas for this position.
