As an executive assistant, your experience in business communication will help you to build effective relationships with important stakeholders and senior leaders. **Your key responsibilities**
- Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, including travel and accommodation
- Expense processing, adhering to firm deadlines
- Meeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservations
- Assistance with Event Management coordination and logistics
- Provide high level support to a group of Partners and Executives
**What we're looking for**
- A minimum of 3+ years administration and customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- A strong team member with an ability to work across multiple teams with a sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
