People & Culture Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people and culture, and has experience in HR services and functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, providing HR support, managing employee engagement and development, supporting the development and delivery of learning/development programs, and maintaining and revising HR records and documentation.
Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to find and hire top talent.
* HR Support: Provide expert HR support to internal staff across all levels and external stakeholders on employment matters.
* Employee Engagement and Development: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and performance.
* Learning and Development Programs: Support the development and delivery of learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
* HR Records and Documentation: Maintain and revise HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Certification: Human Resources or Business certification, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
* Experience: At least 2 years' experience in HR services and functions, preferably in a similar role.
* Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to deal with complex situations.
* Technology: Experience using HR technology systems, such as Technology One or ELMO.
