Metro South Health is seeking a Customer Support Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver a service that meets those needs within relevant policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities of this role include building relationships with clients, contributing to improving departmental processes through the identification of new initiatives, and providing administrative relief support by undertaking designated duties in accordance with unit workplace manuals, policies and procedures.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful applicant will ensure the smooth functioning of the unit on a day-to-day basis, including at times working autonomously in the absence of the Admin Facility Supervisor in establishing work priorities and meeting deadlines.
