The team provides funding and investment advice to developers and investors at all stages of the project lifecycle. CBRE is a market leader in Living Sectors in Australia.
Your Responsibilities
* Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support deal structuring.
* Client Documentation: Prepare compelling Information Memorandums, proposals, and presentations to showcase our clients' properties and attract investors.
* Market Research: Maintain market knowledge of Living transactions (leasing, capital markets and research) to report to relevant stakeholders.
* Deal Support: Assist with due diligence, reviewing property information, and interacting with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse financial statements and prepare insightful reports to support our team's decision‐making.
Qualifications
* You have a strong foundation in finance, real estate, or a related field, ideally with some prior experience in the industry.
* You possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial modeling principles.
* You are a highly analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data.
* You are a clear and concise communicator, able to present complex information effectively.
* You are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
