To $80,000 + take home car/fuel + laptop + phone
Generous salary increases as your portfolio increases = be rewarded for your hard work
Portfolios are capped at 100 unless you are comfortable taking on more

Flexible working arrangements, including working from home 3 or 4 days per week due to portfolio and office location

The role is flexible and open to a mixed level of experience from 1 + years in portfolio management - the portfolio is a growth portfolio due to ongoing success and growth within the peel region.
Team player, ability to work within a small team who support one another

Deliver a high level of customer service
The Job & Duties
A Far South/Peel region portfolio, starting at around ***** properties, which will grow with new business. Take your time, get to know your clients and properties without huge portfolio numbers and pressure.
Manage a portfolio with full autonomy and control - know whats going on at all times
Full leasing support from an in house agent
No BDM or Trust
Hands on and supportive head of department
