The Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to play a key role in shaping people practices across our exploration and drilling operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the go-to HR partner for operational leaders, delivering practical, hands-on HR support and making a real impact on the business.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and HR system administration (SAP/INX)
Build strong relationships with operational leaders and teams, including regular travel to site
Coach leaders, deliver HR training, and support performance and conduct management
Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture and support workforce planning and retention
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems, and documentation
About You
Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR advisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, industrial relations, and contemporary HR practices
Confident in providing independent, confidential advice to senior leadership
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
