About the role
Nighthawk Transport is seeking experienced multi-combination (MC) drivers to join our team in both Darwin, Northern Territory. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work as and when required to support our growing transport and logistics operations.
Darwin: 17 Nebo Road, East Arm
What you'll be doing
* Safely transporting goods and materials across the Northern Territory using a variety of vehicle types, including vans, heavy rigid trucks and multi-combination vehicles
* Loading and unloading vehicles as required
* Performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
* Maintaining accurate trip logs and documentation
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What we're looking for
* A valid driver's licence for the relevant vehicle class ( MC)
* Applicants need only hold one relevant licence class and may apply for any of the available vehicle categories
* At least 1 year of experience driving the relevant vehicle type
* Previous experience within the transport and logistics industry is highly desirable
* Strong safety focus and commitment to safe driving practices
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
